A vibration eliminator is a type of protective device designed to absorb the vibration shocks of the compressor. By installing a vibration eliminator, the risk of damage to the equipment and pipelines, as well as the noise of operation, is reduced significantly. The vibration eliminator can be mounted in both the suction and discharge lines of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. The vibration damping device works well for pipes larger than 12mm in diameter (a damping ring works for pipes less than 12mm) in refrigerants HCFC, HFC and CO2.
Consisting of stainless steel mesh and brass tubes welded at both ends, this vibration eliminator can withstand high temperatures for a long time. Before delivery, each vibration eliminator goes through a series of rigorous tests and inspections before being well sealed and packaged for delivery. For better performance, the vibration eliminator should be mounted close to the compressor and parallel to the compressor's crankshaft.
